Mark Bowie, 46 Tuesday - April 6, 2004 Meadowview Regional Hospital - Maysville, Kentucky Mr. Bowie died after a courageous battle with cancer. He was the owner of Bowie Tire Co. in Aberdeen, Ohio, which he operated for more than 25 years with his wife. He was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Maysville. A 1975 graduate of St. Patrick High School, a 1978 graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio. He was an accomplished scuba rescue and recovery diver. Proud of having been the diver for the William Harsha Bridge project in the Aberdeen area. He was an active volunteer at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio, where he worked with the Narcotics Anonymous Program. He was named Volunteer of the year in 1997. Mr. Bowie was born July 17, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio. Services were held Thursday, April 8, 2004 at St. Patrick Catholic Church. G. Carl Guckenberger, 88 February 17, 2004 Ohio Beloved husband of the late M. Jane (nee: Kersh) Guckenberger. He was a member of the Hanselmann Lodge # 208 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Mystic Shrine, Westwood United Methodist Church and a life member of the General Protestant Orphanage Home. He was on the Board of Directors of the Westwood Civic Association and a former Cub Scout Master of Troop 30.
