Fred P. Young Friday - October 14, 2005 His Residence - Ohio A native of Charleston, West Virginia. He graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School, where he was an active Band member playing trumpet. He attended Miami University before being drafted in World War II. He was a Flight Engineer and Turret Gunner in a B-24 Liberator, flying 26 missions over Germany from his home field in England. After returning he attended Vanderbilt University. He graduated from Morris Harvey University (today the University of Charleston) with a degree in Sociology. Received his Master's degree in Sociology at the University of Pittsburgh. He then joined the FBI as a special agent, working in Fargo, North Dakota, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Chicago, Illinois. After six years he left the FBI and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where he was a sales manager for O.K. Trucking Company for many years. In the 1970's he left the trucking industry and was self-employed working in the insurance and real estate businesses. For 20 years Fred was an Instructor at the University of Cincinnati Evening College, teaching Sociology. Also taught courses for the Armed Forces through Urbana College. In 1976 he was elected Mayor of Montgomery and served a four-year term. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank C. and Irene Carson Young; a brother, Frank C. Young, Jr. Alma Louise Einsel, 92 September 21, 2005 Deupree Health Center - Hyde Park, Hamilton County, Ohio Alma was a creative woman who read recipe books like novels and made her own clothes. She liked cheetahs, and for a brief period she was a soda jerk in her brother's restaraunt. "She liked to create," said her daughter. "She could sit with recipe books for hours, but she didn't follow them. When she would get into a kitchen she would just start creating. She'd say, 'Oh, you know, just throw it in'. She was very talented. "(She acquired the nickname) Louise Rossa because she made a mean spaghetti and meatball," She enjoyed sewing, She favored Vogue patterns. "(She made) gorgeous clothes. Many years for Easter I would have the outfit on the cover of 'Seventeen' magazine. "I remember when I was little I would get to pick out my own fabric. She would make hats and capes, just beautiful things. She was a stylin' girl." Born in 1913, Raised in Plymouth and graduated from Plymouth High School. After high school she worked as a soda jerk making malts and shakes. One day she bet a friend she could get a date with Don W. Einsel, Jr. She won the bet and married him in 1936, he preceded her in death. In 1982 they moved to Florida.
