Chenault, who died January 15, 1997. They were married 57 years. She was born February 18, 1914 in Dayton, daughter of the late Ralph St. Clair and Sarah Thompson St. Clair Tatman. Annabel and her husband owned / operated the Wilmington Dairy Queen from 1949 until her retirement in 1979. Before moving to Wilmington 46 years ago, she worked at the U.S. Shoe Factory in Chillicothe. She worked for a short time after retiring for the Wilmington City Schools cafeteria. She graduated in 1932 from Allensville High School and was the oldest living member of the alumini club. She was a member of the Wilmington Kiwanis Club and was a member of the Business and Professional Women's Club for a brief time after retiring. She was active in the Clinton County Senior Citizens and the former Multi-Purpose Center Senior Citizens. Services were held in Wilmington, Ohio.

She was born on September 28, 1897 in Higginsport, Ohio. Daughter of the late Orlando and Harriet (nee: Mefford) Bartlow. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Winters; one daughter, Katherine Jo Seidel; and one son-in-law, Russell Seidel. Many Brown County residents were familiar with Mrs. Winters because of her recognition at many Brown County Fairs in Georgetown as the Oldest Woman attending those annaul fairs. She was raised on a farm right down on State Route 221 over the hill from the back part of the Fairgrounds in Georgetown. She is survived by one granddaughter; a great-granddaughter; two great-great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren. Services were held Monday, July 18, 2005 in Georgetown, Ohio.
