A wind gust lifted the ultralite plane off the ground and Dr. Snider was airborne. He had never soloed an ultralite before and the wind gusts prevented a safe landing. He tried five or six times to approach to ground safely, but a gust drove him and his craft into a stand of trees and Dr. Snider was killed instantly. The cemetery records that they have are that her name was listed as Bertie Caire' & that only she was the daughter of John C. & Sarah Ellen (Bolin) Caire'. With the help of this wonderful Christian man, Ken Sturdivant,of Ozark, we are now in the process of getting her a headstone and are hoping that we will be able to go to the annual Memorial Day service that will be held at the Hickory Grove CemeterY.
